“Hiring Eivan’s for our wedding was a great decision! Our photographer Gregory I was professional and FUN! He kept us smiling throughout the day with his quirky personality! My fiancé does not care for photos so I’m happy we had someone working with us who could make him comfortable. He made sure to get multiple images even if it was just “one more”, it was never one more! We had actually hired a different photographer and we replaced him with this company. Worth the stress and money! If I had any tips for the company, it would be to have your photographers give a 30 minute warning before their contracted time is up. Weddings are so busy for the bride and groom, it is very easy to lose track of time. I think clients would appreciate a little heads up just so they can try and capture any photos they may have missed. Other than that, I have ZERO complaints. Such an amazing experience! 10/10 highly recommend :)”

He let us give him a solidified list of songs along with our full wedding vibe (funky/disco). Kaleb understood the assignment. He played all of the songs we really wanted to hear while also finding some other songs that fit our vibes to a T....also made sure he didn't play songs we didn't want to hear. We asked him if he could give our wedding guests certain queue's and guide the wedding on the mic...the day before, we even asked him to say a few things word for word on the microphone. “I’m so glad we went with Sound Originals for our wedding photos! Both photographers and videographer were awesome. Booking was easy and I love their online portal – they asked all the right questions and made sure everyone was on the same page with the vision for the day. We were able to have a planning call to “meet” our lead photographer, Carly, before the wedding day. I really appreciated that so we could go over some details and feel a little bit more comfortable going into the big day (husband and I are not huge picture people). Carly and team were right on time and I can’t say enough good things about how comfortable they made us feel and how hard they worked to make sure we got every shot that we wanted. It rained on our wedding day so there were some pictures I was disappointed about not getting, but Carly got out her phone and was tracking the weather so we could take advantage of every single break in the rain – even if it was only a couple minutes! We ended up getting every picture that I wanted and I’m so grateful! We got our picture gallery back ahead of what was stated in the contract and it’s everything we hoped for. The color is exactly what we chose (we went with the “Timeless” edit. Despite the rain they managed to capture every location on the property and it looks absolutely beautiful. They were such a huge help from start to finish and made the whole planning process so much easier. OurMonth-of Coordinator was amazing. They took care of everything in those final weeks and kept the day running so smoothly. Any little hiccup that came up, they handled it before we even noticed. “If we could give The Hook Club more stars, we would! Let me get my one gripe out of the way at the top here: I’m pretty sure the only reason my now husband agreed to a wedding celebration was to hire The Hook Club after seeing them at a friend’s wedding before we met. It was the only part of the wedding planning process he felt truly passionate about from the jump – we knew we wanted them before we even had a venue or date and went so far as to clear our potential dates with them before booking anything else. Fast forward, and Dan made the band planning process so supported and seamless that my husband’s one job went off without a hitch. The problem? Despite me planning every other single little detail of our three-day wedding weekend, the first thing that every single guest complimented (and still raves above, 1 month later) was THE BAND! But in truth, we wouldn’t have it any other way. We are absolutely ecstatic with our choice of hiring The Hook Club for our wedding. We did acoustic guitars for the ceremony, sax and tracks for cocktail and band and DJ for reception. THC was outstanding to work with from the jump. Dan is a wealth of knowledge and organization, and brings a calm, cool, collected vibe through every step of the planning process. Not to mention, he’s a great musician who can come discuss timeline with you while also playing the base day of :D. The process THC uses to help plan is smooth and clear. The communication was great throughout – we knew what to expect from the first planning call all the way up to some adhoc timeline changes day of. The band has an extensive repertoire and was able to take in our song, vibe, and timeline requests while also using their extensive experience to guide us along the way. The music carried the vibe throughout the day – from guitars at the ceremony to sax and tracks leading through cocktail hour and a mix of dance sets, slow dances, and expert MC’ing on the dance floor, we couldn’t get enough. So much so, that we extended the end time of the event just to have more fun on the dance floor with THC! Everyone was so nice, supportive, energetic and just brought their outstandingly talented A game and the absolute best vibe. The band got out on the dance floor with us, led us in call and response and a little choreographed proud Mary moment. Our first dance song is not a very common song, not only did THC learn it for us, but they provided us a track of their composition beforehand so we could practice the dance. You’ll see in the pictures my face when I first heard them play it – completely awestruck! That was pretty much my inner face the entire rest of the night in their presence. I have so many fond memories of engaging with THC throughout our wedding. If I could do it again, I’d hire THC without a second thought.”

“JJ did such a fantastic job at our wedding this June! 3 things really stood out about him! 1) Attentive JJ Really paid attention to what I wanted our wedding day and reception to look like. Everything went so smoothly on the day of because he had really paid attention and gone over every detail of the timeline I had typed up. He was so fun and energetic and really got the party going! He customized our playlist too so that all my favorite songs got played at the wedding. 2) Professional Even though he is definitely fun and outgoing, he was very professional in all his text messages and emails and phone calls. He is very personable and friendly, but sticks to what needs to be accomplished. I really appreciated that. 3) Available JJ gave me his cell phone number and email address. He responded to texts within minutes and was very prompt in answering my questions. I honestly didn't realize how important a DJ was for a wedding until I had seen a few go very wrong and get awkward because the DJ messed up the schedule...JJ was fantastic and the night flowed so well because of him! “Bakers Ranch is a team of informed wedding professionals who are experts in the unique art of weddings. Our wedding day felt like pure magic, and it is truly thanks to the incredible team at this wedding venue. Our guests were in awe of the space, and we received so many compliments regarding the décor, drinks, food, photographer and overall experience. My husband and I put a lot of time and research into finding the right wedding venue for us, and we walked away from our wedding day with a feeling of pride for our selection, and gratitude for the support we received. We looked at venues across three states. It was a little overwhelming and emotional, knowing that the venue would dictate so much of our time as an engaged couple and ultimately, our one wedding day. Bakers Ranch immediately stood out to us, it was an all-inclusive wedding venue that would eliminate some stress of planning. It had a gorgeous green backdrop of ancient oaks and rich foliage. It had Jeremy, a wedding planner that was calm, reassuring, honest and unlike any wedding professional we had met in our search. We booked the first available Saturday the following year almost immediately. I was also an extremely detail-oriented bride, straight down to the plates, the handmade table cards, and a personal note for each attendee. But it was all perfect. The decor, the flowers, the cocktails, the food, the week before, the day before, the day of, were all a dream. Everything that I communicated was heard. Owner Avery Echols began his DJ career almost by accident. His entry into the business began with managing music for a friend’s reception. At this point, Ace Wedding DJs was born. As Avery’s business grew, he brought in his brother Wes and best friend Landon Bell. Together, this talented trio works hard to bring the dreams of soon-to-be newlyweds to life. In addition to fueling the dance-floor and and crafting ambiance through music, the DJs also serve as MCs with natural ease and charisma. They ensure that introductions, announcements, and transitions run smoothly.

We knew we needed Ace Wedding DJs for our wedding this past June and they did not disappoint! Our lead DJ, Avery Echols worked closely with our other vendors to make the night run so smoothly. He always had very quick responses, provided us with a comprehensive and thoughtful questionnaire for the ceremony and reception, and was overall very helpful. The bouquets, ceremony pieces and boutonnieres were all incredibly realistic and high quality, with vibrant colors and lush textures that exceeded our expectations. In fact, as my husband and I were taking photos in a park, a bee even tried to pollinate my bouquet, drawn to its beauty and realism. Getting the boxes to the venue did require a bit of coordination, but with a little help from friends we were able to easily box them up the day after the wedding and ship them off via FedEx. We saved easily 2,000 thanks to Something Borrowed and you would never know the flowers were fake.”

“My daughter recently got married in Newport, Rhode Island, on September 14th, 2024. She choose to have her reception in a tent on the lawn of the Eisenhower House. The venue was stunning and the woman at EH recommended Clockwork as we were looking for a local band with horns to play at the reception. We were not able to hear them in person, but all the video's posted online more than helped our decision making process and we quickly booked the band 20 months in advance, It was our second decision in the wedding process after the venue -with many, many more to come, but without a doubt - IT WAS THE BEST DECISION!!!! Booking was easy - we sent a check to reserve the date. the catalog of music they are capable of playing is extensive. But we had a tremendous comfort level with Clockwork New England as the contract states YOU GET THE EXACT MUSICIANS you see on all the website videos. There are no switches, or long lists of band members they slot in on any given day. Everyone we saw and loved are the people that showed up for our event. From start to finish - the band rocked the night away - the dance floor was never empty. They sang the bride and grooms song 'You are the Best Thing" and it was spectacular. And every song after that just got us up off our feet. The horns added so much - we keep hearing from friends asking us who they were, because they LOVED the music. The interactions with the crowd also made the night so memorable - and some of the best videos of the night. The band worked well together - and we just cannot say enough about how much they added to the party. Patrick joined a zoom call we had w our planner a week or so earlier than the event - and went over every detail - completely putting our minds at ease. 5 stars are NOT ENOUGH!! They truly made our event the best it could have possibly been! I want to do it again!”
